University of Miami Hospital Patient Relations
University of Miami Hospital has a Patient Relations department to assist patients and/or their families with any questions or concerns before, during or after their visits and treatment.
UHealth International’s multi-lingual medical and administrative staff is sensitive to the cross-cultural needs of the international patient. Every patient is assigned a personal concierge coordinator whose primary responsibility is to facilitate every detail of the visit, including:
- Coordination of care with all specialties and hospitals
- Financial clearance for self-pay and insured patients
- Assistance with visa letters
- Hotel and rental car discounts
- Multilingual staff
- Support for accompanying family members
