The clinics are staffed by nurse practitioners, overseen by UHealth physicians.
If you are experiencing potentially life-threatening symptoms such as chest pain, you should seek treatment in an emergency room. Complex medical conditions such as migraines should be treated with a physician rather than at the clinic. This clinic does not provide services for work-related injuries. For more information, please contact Risk Management at 305-284-2054.

The clinic will not serve as a replacement for your primary care physician (PCP) relationship. They will provide services to UM/UMH employees only and not to dependents of employees. They will not provide review or approval of medical leaves of absence, return to work forms or disability forms. They will not write refills for existing prescriptions.
